Quality Issues

I. Logistics & Transportation Damage

1. Inspection Upon Receipt
  • Outer Packaging Check:
Before signing for the package, inspect the outer packaging for integrity. If there are visible damages (e.g., tears, crushing, water stains), photograph the issues on the spot as evidence.
  • Unboxing Check:
If the outer packaging is intact, open the package promptly after signing to verify the product’s condition. If damage is found, photograph it immediately and contact customer support.
2. Damage Classification
  • Damaged Packaging but Intact Product:
You may keep the product if unaffected, but reporting the issue to customer service is recommended to help the logistics provider improve.
  • Damaged Product:
If the product is compromised due to shipping (e.g., broken, deformed, or non-functional), contact customer support immediately for resolution.
