These images will serve as valuable evidence when reporting the issue to us and the shipping carrier. - Unboxing Check:
Even if the outer packaging appears intact, it is crucial to open the package as soon as possible after receipt. Check the condition of the hair extensions and all included accessories. If you find any damage or quality issues (such as broken, deformed, or visibly used products), immediately photograph the problem areas and contact our customer support team. Quality issues about incorrect Hair Care
Some quality issues may arise not from the product itself, but from incorrect hair care methods. To ensure your Easyouth hair extensions maintain their optimal condition, please always follow our recommended hair care guidelines:
- Braid your hair when sleeping to prevent tangling.
- Choose a neutral shampoo and warm water to wash, do not twist or comb hard, just gently rub the hair until foaming, rinse the foam with clean water, and then apply some conditioner to keep the hair soft (be careful not to use colored shampoo).
- When using a hair dryer, set the temperature to a low setting, blow dry in the direction of the hair about 15-20 cm away from the hair, and do not blow against the hair to avoid making the hair rough. Try not to blow dry completely, retain some natural moisture, and let the hair dry naturally, which can reduce damage to the hair.
